* Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
* Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time (if applicable).

Domestic Shipping
* Estimated delivery time for domestic orders: 3–7 business days after processing.
* Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on location or carrier delays.

International Shipping
* We currently ship to select international destinations.
* Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
* International delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
* Contact us within 7 days of delivery at.
* We’ll work with the carrier and you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
